Lt. Er. Gurucharan Singh, a man of vast experience, decided to put to use his knowledge
of science of engineering and building career for the good of the youth of this
region. Punjab, lacking in sufficient infrastructure for quality technical
education, needed permited leadreship to provide yaoung minds the best of education
under qualified, experienced and competent teachers. That is what Er. Gurcharan
Singh ensured when he set up the vast and environment friendly infrastructure equiped
with the best of teaching aids in the field of technical education.
Keeping the social aspect in mind, the Founder also provided financial assistance
